The partners

Artificial intelligence at the service of buildings and roads

Leonard is the VINCI Group’s platform for forecasting and accelerating innovative projects to meet some of the biggest challenges in the sector: digital revolution, acceleration of innovation cycles and environmental transition. Leonard coordinates the participation of the various VINCI subsidiaries and areas of expertise for the RenovAIte project. Alongside Leonard, several areas of expertise in the field of construction and adaptation to climate change are mobilized through subsidiaries and partners: VINCI Construction’s Mérignac research center, the Environment Research Lab, Qivy Habitat, Resallience and VIA IMC.

ALEIA is an open, industrialized, sovereign and secure platform for creating, deploying and operating the Artificial Intelligence applications of sovereign publisher partners, experts in their field. It is a member of GAIA-X, a European project to develop a sovereign data infrastructure.

The major French social landlord group works to facilitate access to housing to promote employment and support employees in their mobility and housing need. It is a major player in social housing and urban renewal.

OFFIS is a German research laboratory specializing in R&D in the field of information systems. OFFIS has developed an innovative technology based on deep learning called “Adversarial and Resilient Learning” and applies it to the management of different industrial systems.
